Training Overview
The primary objective of implementing an effective records management system for Aviation industry is to have secure and easily retrievable records with comprehensive and legible contents in order to enable them and other stakeholders to; protect asset value, avoid Penalties and comply with regulatory and other applicable requirements. The Aviation Records Management is a (5 and 7 days physical and online respectively) specialized program designed specifically for Aviation industry; Air operators (AOC, ATO, AMO), CAAS, Airports etc.
Aim of the Program
Equip the Aviation personnel responsible for Records Management with the fundamental knowledge, skills and attitude required to effectively manage records in order to comply with regulatory and other Records management requirements and attain operations efficiency. It is designed against the Civil Aviation Regulations, IATA standards (IOSA, ISAGO) and ISO 15498 requirements

- Understand the Civil Aviation regulatory and other applicable requirements for managing aviation records (AOC, AMO ATO, Airport Authorities and Civil Aviation Authorities
- Understand the best practice International Standards’ requirements for managing records based on ISO 15489: 2016 standard
- Understand the process of documenting and implementing RM policies and procedures
- Understand the Records Management processes from creation to disposal
- Understand the purposes and use of the Records Management principle tools

- Understand the process of auditing records Management systems
