- Facilitated the implementation and certification of an integrated management system (IMS) for Isuzu East Africa aimed at reinforcing an integrated approach in carrying out business operations, eliminating redundancy in documentation and unifying document control.
The IMS encompassed the ISO standards below;

- ISO 14001-2015 Environmental management standard

The Aviation Technical Documentation Management program is a five (5) days program on the management and control of the Aircraft maintenance documentation in order to ensure aircraft safety and compliance with the continuous airworthiness requirement.Aim of the course: Build capacity for the personnel responsible for writing, maintaining, controlling and auditing Technical and aircraft documentation in order to enable them maintain a quality and efficient documentation system that complies with airworthiness regulations and other applicable requirements
The AMREF Flying Doctors provide a wide range of medical services, medical assistance services, Emergency Life Support skills training and supports the AMREF’S humanitarian work
- Conducted AMREF Flying Doctors documentation management review to Confirm its compliance with AIR Operators’ Certification and Administration Regulations and European Aeromedical Institute (EURAMI) Standards. We established the gaps and assisted in closing them – 27th -28th April 2022
- Offered a five (5) days In- house Aviation documentation management and control program to the quality team and the personnel responsible for writing, managing and controlling documentation – 20th -28th June 2023Aim of the program: Equip the personnel responsible for designing, implementing, documenting and controlling the company documentation with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitude to enable them maintain a stable quality documentation system to support business operations and comply with the CAA Aeromedical services requirements
Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) is the body charged with the planning, developing, managing regulating and operating a safe, economically sustainable and efficient civil aviation system in Kenya, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Aviation Act, 2013.

- Conducted Flight operations documentation review to establish the documentation compliance against the Civil Aviation Regulations and other applicable requirements, focus the training and guide the road map for revamping the KCAA Flight Operations documentation management systems- 8th – 10th JUNE 2022
- Offered a five (5) days CAA Flight Operation Documentation Management & Control (CFD) program to two groups of Pilots (25 Pax) on 4th – 8th JULY 2022 and 5th – 9th SEPT 2022
- Conducted Airworthiness documentation review to confirm its compliance with the relevant Civil Aviation Regulations, ICAO Annexes and KCAA corporate documentation requirements 4th -6th OCT 2022

Precision Air is a public listed Tanzanian airline providing scheduled flight services to over 10 destinations within and outside Tanzania from its main hub in Dar es Salaam.InfoKnow Facilitated implementation of a one and half (1 ½) years project on Records management system for Precision Air – Tanzania leading to recertification of IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA). The key services included;
- Information/Records management system gap analysis/auditing- sixty-two (62) findings were raised and facilitated the closure of all of them
- Offered a Records management training for different cadre; senior management and personnel; Records Officers, Internal auditors and ICT teams
- Facilitated the development of a records management policy and domestication in eight (8) departments and five (5) outstations
- Facilitated developed of Records Management Principle tools – Retention & Disposal Authorities (RDA), classification & coding schemes, inventories
- Facilitated the sort out, appraisal, classification and re-organization of about 40 million records; at the HQ, 8 departments, 5 outstations, 5 Registries and 3 Archives.
