  6. Conduct internal system audits on Clients’ quality systems (Internal Audits) to confirm compliance against the respective management systems requirements
  7. Conduct external audits (Second Party Audits) for their suppliers and partners to confirm compliance against the contractual agreement
  8. Work with organizations to close management systems audit findings and observations.
  9. Facilitate the identification of external and internal issues (environment) that have the potential to affect the business performance
  10. Facilitate the identification of the relevant interested parties’/stakeholders requirements that are relevant to the quality management system
  11. Facilitate the identification of the risks applicable to the different functions and the appropriate mitigating measures
  12. Facilitate the development of organization structures, job roles and responsibilities
  13. Provide the appropriate training programs for QMS implementation
    • QMS Awareness Program: A general awareness program providing an overview of the QMS requirements and its benefits.
    • QMS implementation program: A program providing the scope and requirements for the QMS implementation
    • QMS Documentation training: A program on documentation requirements and scope; quality manual, SOP’s, work instructions, appropriate checklists etc.
    • Continual improvement training– A senior management training on monitoring and measurement techniques and tools to ensure conformity with QMS requirements
    • Internal Auditors Training – A training for the internal auditors on carrying out self-assessments on the implemented quality system
  14. Provide Pre-assessment audit before applying for certification to verify the company’s readiness for the certification audit by a 3rd party (regulator or certification body)
