This is a one (1) day awareness program designed for the senior management team responsible for supporting the implementation and sustenance of the documentation management system. It is aimed at sensitizing the senior management on their role in establishing and supporting a stable documentation management system in order to comply with the regulatory and other applicable requirements

- Understand the regulatory and other applicable requirements for implementing a stable documentation system
- Understand the role of the Senior management in ensuring the establishment and maintenance of a stable documentation management system
- Understand the process of establishing, documenting and implementing and managing a documentation system
- Understand the documentation hierarchy and the details to be included in each level
- Understand the format of writing quality policy statements, quality objectives
