It involves; organizing operations, documenting and implementing policies, building employees’ capacity and establishing quality control systems .

The Managing Director/ Chief Trainer – Margaret Karanja
Margaret has a wide professional experience of over twenty-five (25) years in provision of Management systems services spanning from implementation, auditing and capacity building against the best practice international standards such ISO 9001 and Information Management related standards such as ISO 15498 for Records Management, ISO 30401-Knowledge management and industry specific standards such as; Aviation safety standards; IOSA, ISAGO, BARS, Medical Standards (European Aeromedical Institute (EURAMI) Standards) among others
Some of the companies she has worked for include; Kenya Airways where she designed and facilitated the implementation of stable documents and records management systems leading to the awarding and renewal of AOC, AMO and ATO certificates and certification and recertification of the IATA safety audits standards; IOSA and ISAGO standards
Margaret has also successfully facilitated the implementation/review various Quality and Information management systems’ related projects in various industries including Aviation sector leading to establishment and maintenance of robust quality systems in compliance with the respective regulatory, international standards and other requirements
Margaret is also a consultant with the SGS Kenya Limited (a quality certification body) for provision of Management system auditing and training services against ISO 15489 for Records Management. She is also a registered trainer with AFRAA, KIM and Kenya School of Government (KSG)
