Quality Management System Program (QMS)
Quality Management Systems includes all management functions that are involved in determining and implementing the Company quality policy and quality objectives, including; organizational structures, procedures, processes and resources. The emphasis of a QMS is to install, improve or re-organize the existing processes. This program introduces participants to the principles, practices and techniques of implementing a QMS program based on ISO 9001 and complying with regulatory and customer requirements
Aim of the Program
This program is aimed at enhancing participants understanding of QMS principles and the key practices required to maintain an efficient quality management system. It also guides an integrated approach to implementing a QMS program in an organization
