Training Overview
Aviation documentation management and control refers to a system of creating and managing controlled documents in a prescribed manner in order to facilitate consistency and provide evidence to support compliance. The Aviation Documentation Management and Control is a specialized five (5) days program designed for personnel in for personnel Aviation responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining documentation management systems against the respective the respective Civil Aviation Regulations (CARs), other Aviation related authorities such as IATA, ICAO and ISO and ISO 9001 standard requirements among others
Aim of the program
Equip the personnel responsible for writing, controlling and maintaining the company documentation management systems with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitude to enable them maintain the documentation system and comply effectively
Target Group
Technical and Flight Operations Personnel, Pilots, Ground handling personnel, Documentations Officers, Records Officers, Quality Assurance Teams, Standards & Procedures Officers, I.T Team, among others
Training Objectives
- Understand the respective Civil Aviation regulation (CARs) and other applicable Aviation documentation requirements
- Understand the ISO 9001: 2015 and other applicable requirements for quality documentation management system
- Designing and implementing a quality documentation management system based on ISO 30300 standard
- Understand the documentation management processes and control
- Understand the methodology for effective documentation writing and formatting
- Understand the types and process of managing the function documentation; AOC, ATO and Aircraft maintenance etc
- Understand the process of managing electronic documents
- Understand the process of auditing a documentation management system
