Records/Archives Management Program (RAM)
This is a five (5) days physical and online respectively) general program encompassing the management of physical and electronic records. It is designed for personnel responsible designing and facilitating the implementation and Records and Archives management systems against the ISO 15498 standard requirements
Aim of the Program
Equip the personnel responsible for records management systems with the necessary skills, knowledge and attitude to enable them maintain stable systems

Records Officers, Records implementation teams, Quality Assurance teams, Filing clerks, Archivists, Project Management teams, Librarians, HR personnel, legal Officers, Medical filing clerks, System administrators, system auditors among others
Training Objectives
- Understand the respective regulatory and other applicable RM requirements
- Understand the ISO 15489 best practice International Standards’ requirements for managing records
- Understand the steps of implementing a records management program
- Understand the process of documenting and implementing RM policies and procedures and accountability
- Understand the Records Management processes from creation to disposal
- Understand the purposes and use of the Records Management principal tools
- Understand records disaster and risk management processes and their mitigating measures
- Understand the challenges and process of managing electronic records
- Understand the process of auditing Records Management systems
