One of the greatest challenges facing Records managers today is the complexities and issues surrounding the management of records and especially the electronic records due to the explosion of Information Technology. The managers’ goal is to determine the most efficient way to manage records throughout their life cycle and establish a seamless and safe transit into electronic system in order to reduce the security threat. This training program will cover the management of records in physical, electronic and digital formats.
