It relates to checking and confirming if the products or services are consistently meeting the regulatory, customer and other applicable set out requirements in order to provide confidence that they are fulfilling quality requirements. It is meant to increase customer confidence and a company’s credibility

- Facilitate the establishment and implementation of quality assurance program
- Conduct management systems audits to confirm compliance with the set out standards. The services may include;
- Internal quality audits- Form basis for self-declaration of conformity
- Second party audits -for sub-contracted service providers- confirms compliance with the requirements as per agreement
- Surveillance audits: Verify if the organization is still complying with established standards or regulations.
- Documentation review
- Facilitate the recruitment of people for managing the audit program including quality manager, lead auditor among others
- Offer appropriate training programs to the respective personnel responsible for the quality assurance programs
