AVIATION KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT (AKM) PROGRAM
The Aviation Knowledge Management (AKM) program provides guidelines on how the critical operational knowledge can be captured, shared, and applied across the airline in order to improve safety, efficiency, and competitiveness across the company and ensures that the key lessons learned from incidents, near misses, projects and best practices are systematically captured and shared.
